'S'peed Factor....

What comes to your mind when you hear the word ‘speed’? Maybe the movies ‘The/Too Fast The/Too Furious’ or maybe the ‘Ferrari’ or ‘Lamborghini’ or may be some jet aircraft. Lately, what comes to my mind is the “Virar fast local train”….. Huh!!!!! Yes, the virar fast….. Maybe it’s amusing for a few to think of the virar local, and for a few, the name itself raises their mercury level.
In Bombay as people say, life is moving fast and people are running around because they are short of time. But, I guess it’s because of some other reason - “In Bombay, Life is stuck up in traffic”. And in such a traffic struck environment, no one ever dares to think of speed. So, every morning, in this slow moving traffic and fast moving life, I cherish the speed of this Virar fast local which constantly assures you of reaching on time with its speed. And, by fast, I literally mean fast i.e. in Bombay, I can’t find anything faster than this train.
So, hail Bombay’s local trains.
