A bit FILMY.

'Omkara' (adopted from 'Othello') - wat a movie!!!!
I am sure Shakespere must have been screwed badly by someone before he wrote this play Othello. I mean, the story is good.... but such a tragic end !!!!
Now the Indian cinema or rather Bollywood as we call it, is out of stories so it has started adopting from Novels and plays by foreign authors. I think adopting stories is not a sin but where is the creativity? what is new in it? besides why not adopt it from novels by Indian authors. I guess they are good enough.... Salman Rushdie, Premchand, Chetan Bhagat, etc., etc....

And about Omkara, it has a great star cast with Ajay Devgan giving a better performance(better and not best because I think its improving with every new movie) Also, the cinematography is very good. The raw village culture and language is potrayed. And, I must say that abuses are freely and very extensively used in the movie.

All in all, a 'must see once' movie..... don't miss it friends.....

ENJOy.....
